About the plans
Is there a contract?
The monthly plan has no contract — cancel any time with no penalty. The annual plan is a twelve-month term, which is what makes the deeper discount and the included extras possible.
What does the discount apply to?
Everything. Mowing, mulch, palm trimming, landscaping, cleanups and sod all come off at your plan rate. That's the point of the plan — most companies discount the mowing and charge full price on everything else.
How am I billed?
Monthly plans bill once a month. Annual plans bill once for the year at the lowest rate we offer. We'll walk through the numbers for your specific property before anything is charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Plenty of people start monthly and move to annual once they've seen the work. Call 314-391-7674 and we'll sort it out.
