Florida turf grows fast under summer heat and daily afternoon rain, and stretching to every two weeks in that stretch means taking off too much blade at once, which stresses the grass and opens the door to weeds. November through April growth slows and biweekly is usually plenty. We build the schedule around that shift instead of charging for 52 identical visits.

Two options. The Monthly Plan takes 10% off every service and bills monthly with no commitment. The Annual Plan takes 20% off, bills once for the year, and adds a seasonal mulch refresh and a pre-storm palm cleanup at no charge. Both discounts apply to everything we do — mulch, palm trimming, cleanups and sod, not just the mowing. Your percentage comes off the quoted price for your specific property.

Weeding and cleanout first, then a fresh spade-cut edge on the bed line, then the material at a depth that suppresses weeds and holds moisture, pulled back off trunks and stems. Skipping the weeding is why cheap mulch jobs look bad in six weeks. Most Port St. Lucie beds want a refresh once or twice a year as the sun fades the color.

No, and we'd talk you out of it. Over-pruning removes the nutrients a palm lives on and leaves the growing bud exposed in a storm — it makes the tree more fragile, not less. We take dead and hanging fronds, seed pods and old boots, and leave the healthy horizontal fronds that shelter the crown. That's the correct approach and it's what the tree needs.

Yes, and it's routine here. Most Port St. Lucie communities run an architectural review for anything past routine maintenance, and rejections usually come from an incomplete submittal rather than a bad plan. We put together the plant list and layout the way your ARC committee expects it. If your association needs a certificate of insurance on file before we start, just ask.
